This centre, which is specialized in archaeology, will teach you about the history, pre-history and nature of the region. This centre, which is located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, will make you discover the history of the First Nations who lived in the region for nearly 8,000 years, well before the arrival of Europeans.

Visit the permanent exhibition and watch the multimedia show, which will help you understand their way of life. An archaeologist is on the site to answer all your questions. Come see the pottery workshop, the artefact demonstration and the handicraft shop. Outside, a beautiful view allows you to observe seals, whales and dozens of sea birds.
