Les Escoumins

Its crystal-clear waters and the quality of its seabed make Les Escoumins a real paradise for scuba divers. This town was originally a small village created in 1846, and it is the doorstep to the Eastern part of the Saguenay - St. Lawrence Marine Park.

In Les Escoumins, you can participate in many activities such as whale-watching cruises, a visit to an interpretation center, hiking, bicycle and sea kayaking excursions, salmon fishing, stay in an outfitter, visit thematic islands, and see the historical sites of Pointe-à-La-Croix and Parc des Chutes. Visit also the Marine Environment Discovery Centre where you will live a unique underwater experience from a giant screen.
