Colombier

Colombier is a small agro-forestry village, born with the Great Depression of 1929 and located on the sea shore. The chapel of the Îlets-Jérémie is a renowned pilgrimage site that will certainly please you. It is also the birthplace of Napoléon-Alexandre Comeau, known as the “Roi de la Côte-Nord” (king of the North Shore). On these small islands, you will find an old altar, the church tower’s cross and the missal signed by Père Labrosse. During the novena and the Sainte-Anne day, the priest Antonio Laflamme animates the celebrations.
